Subscription & Mandate (Contract Finalization)
Subscription & Mandate (Contract Finalization)
Capture final contract details, collect transfer mandates, upload documents, and validate completeness — the last step before payment and signing.
Finalize customer subscriptions with confidence.
This section is the final onboarding step. It gathers the applicant’s personal contract details, handles optional mandate/resiliation for transferring from a prior insurer, and collects required documents. When everything is complete and validated, the flow can move on to payment and signature.
What this feature does
Personal contract details
Collect applicant and family contract fields (address, social security number, desired start date) so the plan can be created accurately.
Mandate / Resiliation
Capture transfer instructions for ending a previous insurer contract — optional, shown only when transfer is selected.
Document upload & verification
Attach ID, bank details, and health card files and run verification checks to confirm identity and payment readiness.
Validation & status badges
Show clear status badges (complete / incomplete / error) for personal info, mandate, and documents so users know what blocks progression.
Progress gating
Prevent moving to payment/signature until required fields and documents are validated — reduces rejected submissions downstream.
One final submit
A final save/submit action records the subscription and mandate data so the customer can advance to signing and payment.
Common quick workflow
Step 1 — Complete personal contract form
Enter address, desired start date, and social security number for the main applicant (and spouse/children if applicable). Resolve any validation errors shown.
Step 2 — Add mandate (if transferring)
If the customer is switching insurers, expand the Mandate / Resiliation section and fill beneficiary, contract, insurer name and address details.
Step 3 — Upload supporting documents
Attach required files (ID, bank details, health card). Watch verification results and re-upload if a file returns an error.
Step 4 — Validate and proceed
Confirm all status badges read “complete.” Once personal info, mandate (if selected) and documents are validated, move to payment and signature.
Tip
Ask the customer to have their ID, bank statement, and health card ready before starting. Uploads and verifications are faster when files are clear and match the entered personal details.
Warning
Required rules to keep in mind: SSN, desired start date, and address must pass validation before final submit. The mandate section is optional and only required when a transfer is selected. Document completeness depends on both uploaded files and successful verification — incomplete or failed verifications will block progression to payment/signature.
